Research Centre for Fundamental Rights

In the winter semester 2023 / 2024, a Research Centre for Fundamental Rights ("Forschungsstelle für fundamentale Rechte", FfR) has been established at the Faculty of Law and Economics (Faculty III). This research centre will focus on three main research areas: the history, theory and practice of constitutional and human rights as fundamental rights.
